Private Members’ Owner Club – Important Notice

Status of This Website

This website relates exclusively to a private members’ dog owner club.

It is not a public dog boarding business, kennel, or service open to the general public.

Access to the club, and to any home-from-home dog stays, is strictly by prior application, assessment, and acceptance. Submission of an enquiry or viewing of this website does not constitute an offer, acceptance, or entitlement to membership or services.

Membership, participation, and any arrangements are granted solely at the absolute discretion of the club, and may be refused, limited, or withdrawn without obligation to provide reasons.

Nature of the Club

The club operates on a private, relationship-based model designed to support a small number of compatible dogs and owners in a calm, familiar, home environment.

The club:

* Does not advertise or offer services to the public at large
* Does not operate on a first-come, first-served basis
* Does not guarantee availability, acceptance, or continuation of arrangements
* Retains full discretion over suitability, welfare, and compatibility at all times

Any stays arise only after membership has been granted and remain subject to ongoing suitability.

Application & Acceptance

All prospective members must complete an application for consideration.

Applications are assessed based on factors including (but not limited to):

* Dog temperament and behaviour
* Health, welfare, and care requirements
* Compatibility with the existing home environment

The club is under no obligation to accept any application.

Acceptance into the club does not create any ongoing right, expectation, or entitlement to future stays.

Private Arrangements

Any dog stays are arranged as private, conditional arrangements within the context of club membership.

These arrangements:

* Are not public services
* Are not commercial boarding contracts offered to the public
* May be declined, paused, or ended where welfare, safety, or compatibility concerns arise

The club reserves the right to require collection of a dog where continued care is no longer appropriate.

Contributions

Any financial contributions made by members are membership or care contributions intended to support the operation of the private members’ club and associated care arrangements.

Such contributions do not constitute payment for a publicly offered service.

Owner Responsibilities

Members are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their dog, including:

* Health conditions
* Behavioural history
* Care needs

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal or termination of arrangements.

Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data relating to owners and dogs is collected and processed solely for private membership administration, welfare assessment, and care arrangements.

Data is not processed for public marketing, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes.

Reservation of Rights

The club expressly reserves all rights to:

* Control membership numbers
* Refuse or withdraw membership
* Decline or terminate arrangements
* Amend private procedures where necessary for welfare or safety

Nothing on this website shall be construed as creating a public offer, contractual entitlement, or obligation to provide services.
